Kickin’ Bacon Wrapped Chicken Bites

These Kickin' Bacon Wrapped Chicken Bites are the ideal little chomp hors d'oeuvre recipe! They are fast, simple and just have a couple of fixings. We love making them for gatherings and they are the main thing gone. I intend what's not to adore about a piece of chicken enclosed by bacon and tidied in earthy colored sugar and cayenne pepper? These little chomps pack somewhat of a kick and are so tasty!


1 lb bacon

1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts cut into 1'' pieces

2/3 c. brown sugar

1 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper

1 1/2 tsp chili powder

1/8 tsp pepper


  1. Cut bacon pieces into thirds the short way. Take each piece of chicken and wrap a piece of bacon around it. Fasten bacon with toothpick and set aside.
  2. In a small bowl mix remaining ingredients together. Take each piece of chicken and dredge it in the brown sugar mixture making sure to sprinkle a little on top, too.
  3. Place on wire rack on a pan lined with aluminum foil.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes until chicken juices run clear and bacon is crisp.
