Crockpot Buffalo Chicken Dip

Ingredients

16 ounces cream cheese cubed (two 8-ounce blocks)

2 cups cooked shredded chicken

1 cup ranch dressing

1 cup buffalo sauce

1 cup shredded cheddar

1 cup shredded mozzarella


Garnish

1 cup shredded mozzarella

2 green onions thinly sliced for garnish


Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients except garnish ingredients to slow cooker. Stir to combine.
  2. Cook on LOW for 2-3 hours. When hot and bubbly, stir to incorporate cream cheese cubes fully. The dip is ready when the cheese is fully melted, cream cheese is incorporated, and the dip is hot all the way through.
  3. Sprinkle remaining mozzarella on top with green onions.
  4. Serve warm with chips, crackers, and veggies.
