2 pounds boneless and skinless chicken breasts

16 ounces chunky salsa jar

1/2 cup balsamic vinegar


  1. Add chicken breasts to the slow cooker, pour salsa and balsamic on top. 
  2. Cover and cook on low 6 hours or high 4 hours. 
  3. Shred chicken with a fork and mix with the salsa mixture.
